The third 'Blade Runner' anime short film 'Blade Runner 2022: Lights Out' is below for you to watch directed by 'Cowboy Bebop' director Shinichirô Watanabe.

'Blade Runner 2022: Lights Out' deals with a EMP detonation which causes a global blackout that has massive, destructive implications all over the world. Meanwhile the battle against man and machine catches on fire as the Nexus 6 model is discontinued for the advanced Nexus 8.
