It appears 'Watchmen' is getting a new adaptation for the small screen courtesy of HBO, Variety reports that Damon Lindelof is being tapped to adapt the Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons comic book classic as a series.
The series will be unrelated to the Zack Snyder film, at one stage HBO consulted Snyder on adapting 'Watchmen' but he does not appear to be involved anymore.
