Jack Black and Kyle Gass are back as 'Tenacious D' and ready to rock so loud the Devil gonna be banging on the roof telling them to turn off that racket, they have released a music video/short film for the track 'To Be The Best' from the their album 'Rize of the Fenix' which is set for a May 15, 2012 release date.
