The RoboCop Remake May Have A Director

Brazilian director Joe Padilha is  in talks to take over the 'RoboCop' reboot from Darren Aronofsky, who was originally slated to direct, having become attached as far back as three years ago but left the project when MGM went bankrupt.

Padilha is primarily known for his successful Brazilian films, Elite Squad and Elite Squad 2: The Enemy Within.
