When Kevin Feige was asked about the fate of 'The Punisher' during a Q&A session at the studio's Comic-Con panel. Feige reiterated that 'The Punisher' was now back in the Marvel fold and that fans haven't seen the last of a live-action Frank Castle just yet. But whether that means on the big screen or perhaps as a TV series was left unsaid.
Later during a roundtable interview for Thor, Feige addressed the issue of Marvel character cross-overs on the big screen.
'They've done it in the comics occasionally so you never know. We'd like to do an alliance between other Marvel characters behind other doors," he said.Best bit of 'Punisher War Zone'
But added, "We'll see. It's always a pleasant surprise when it happens but there's lots of legal, contractual red tape. They will be few and far between. Awhile."
