What the flip? Copenhagen film magazine Ekko are reporting the unbelievable rumour that Martin Scorsese and Lars von Trier are teaming up to remake 'Taxi Driver' and they are casting Robert De Niro in the lead again?There has been talk at the Berlin Film Festival of De Niro and Scorsese reteaming with Scorsese saying:
'So what’s new? "Bob De Niro and I are talking about something that has to do with that world,'UPDATE: Lars von Trier's producer Peter Aalbaek Jensen has dismissed the rumour saying:
'There's no doubt about that. We're working on something like that, but it's from the vantage point of older men looking back, none of this running around stuff.'
"I have seen it [the story] in the Danish film magazine and what is written there is not true."
