Sam Raimi, Bruce Campbell, producer Robert Tapert and Grindhouse Pictures plan to re-release the Evil Dead in Landmark cinema's in the US & Canada as a midnight showing in the new year.Bruce 'If Chin's Could Kill' Campbell had this to say about the release: “Nothing can prepare an audience for what they are about to see, because nothing punishes an audience like Evil Dead — especially on the big screen. I’m really glad it’s back. People are gonna be hurt.”
Hopefully the film moves on to Ireland & the UK when it completes it's American run.
