RTE have learned that a new historical drama 'Easter Sixteen' will begin filming in Ireland at the end of April, its the directorial debut of Irish actor Jason Barry. Gary Oldman will play James Connolly, Guy Pearce will play Pádraig Pearse and Ian Hart will play Thomas Clarke in the film.Also starring are Chris O'Donnell as Ross, Elaine Cassidy as Nora and Anthony La Paglia as Spindler.
