20th Century Fox are set to press the reset button on its Fantastic Four franchise as IESB.net has herd rumbles that its getting rebooted to be more in tone with recent comic book hits like The Dark Knight and Iron Man.The franchise is looking to be "less bubble gum" this time round following the Iron Man template, which was a complete success in reviews and box office take but a bit darker when it came to its superhero. Iron Man was in no way as dark as The Dark Knight but was funny, action-y as well as a bit on the serious side.My opinion of this is 20th Century Fox would have been better off selling the rights back to Marvel Studios were it could be rebooted and the Fantastic Four could join there universe of films.
