The first high-definition film to debut on MySpace is a new 18-minute black and white Oasis documentary entitled 'Dig Out Your Soul In The Streets', features the band teaching New York buskers to play their songs.
The documentary, directed by The Malloys, who have previously directed several music videos for the The White Stripes, follows Liam Gallagher, Gem Archer and Andy Bell travelling to New York before the release of their seventh studio album Dig Out Your Soul.
The album launch in the US involved the band working with MTA's Music Under New York programme, which is dedicated to providing quality music throughout the city's transit system. Gallagher, Archer and Bell taught buskers four songs from their LP so the tracks could be previewed across the city's streets.
