Hideo Nakata, the director of 'Ringu', 'The Ring Two' and 'Dark Water', is bringing Irish writer Enda Walsh's play 'Chatroom' to the big screen. Variety reports that Walsh, whose other credits include 'Disco Pigs' and 'Hunger', has written the script for the film.
'Chatroom' is a psychological thriller about teenagers who urge each other to engage in destructive behaviour.
The play was recently performed at the Dublin Theatre Festival.
