According to daily rag The Sun, Russell Crowe will reportedly play Dr. Watson in Guy Ritchie's new Sherlock Holmes movie."Russell wants the part, Guy wants Russell. All they've got left to do is dot the i's and cross the t's," said a source.
UPDATE: Empire got to talk with Guy Ritchie at the premiere of his latest flick RocknRolla where he had this to say:
Somebody just told me that I have Russell Crowe lined up but that’s news to me. I suspect that hasn’t happened and I’m still looking for my Watson.
